This page explains which data the The Nine Characterz - 9chrtz site collects and how it is used.

Data controller

Which data

• Server logs: like every website, the server records IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. They are only used to run the site and protect it from abuse, and are kept for as long as security requires.
• Technical cookies and preferences: the chosen language and a security key for forms; the light or dark theme is only stored in your browser. Details are on the Cookies page.
• No statistics, profiling, advertising or third-party tracking.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., in Italy, which processes the server logs on behalf of the controller.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest in running the site and keeping it secure (GDPR, art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and object to it (GDPR, arts. 15-22) by writing to info@ninecharacterz.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
